The democratic party bylaws state that the only way that she can be replaced is if she voluntarily gives up the Presidential candidate position, or she dies. Since she will never voluntarily give up her position as Presidential candidate, if the party power bosses want to get rid of her, then she'll have to die of something, maybe be "suicided?"
