lowerback pain experiment and results
« on: September 15, 2016, 04:26:50 PM »
if youve been following my posts on lower back you will pay attention again

lower back can go out from a cumulative day after day stress

it can also go out if your diet is too high i n wheat gluten and sugar combined with intense exercise can create a massive nutritional deficit in lower back health

i healed my back once again 5 days ago with very low gluten diet lots of brown rice beans and tofu and nuts a very boring diet , my energy on this diet was a 7.3 out of 10 . this healed the back fast but energy levels did lack. this is a bland diet now if it included a bunch of cheese it may have brought energy to a 9 . i do not know yet if cheese contributes to lower back pain. i do know that cheese gives me those random zits on my face

fast foward to last night i had lots of veggie burgers on buns this is all very high in wheat gluten, i also ate the same this morning, then all hell breaks in my lower back , it didnt go completely out but it was pretty close and that fuckin wheat gluten is the culprit!!!

i just hope cheese is side effect free

i will be throwin out food with gluten or give it away

i will keep u updated

i aim to maximize energy output everyday. this inturn gets alot of things done, it maximizes sex drive and muscle stress/strength and general mental energy to read or learn something daily. there is no other superior goal that maximizing out put

going max out every day you reach your nutritional innefficiencies quicker and learn to adapt. these nutritional inneficiencies physical effects can be a range of annoying things. being a real superior humain human isnt for everyone

youll never know what nutrition you truly lack if you dont max out what you do everyday. its uncomfortable

many dont care about the mystery , but it is important to figure out the nutritional mystery of life

Please send me a PM, admitting you're just trolling. I won't tell it to others.
