in which your immune system attacks it like wheat gluten
cant have milk or cheese either because of cross reactive protiens
whole coffee beans are ok
oats rice corn millet amaranth buckwheat all bad
nuts and seeds are ok

the gluten protien causing an immune response has its"cousin protiens"  in the foods above deemed not ok. meaning your body attacks the protien creating an inflamatory response

meats do not have this protien but meat is bad in other ways same goes for eggs

eggs is the least bad of the animal products

not much to eat besides veggies and beans nuts and avacados but im going to feel fantastic, will try to experiment with 100 %agave tequila or other liquor to see if i can get away with atleast something bad

I eat brown rice cereal instead of oatmeal.

my stomach slurps it up and I have an energetic workout afterwards.
