You're right…he looks much younger. Gear and the other shiite these guys take increases body temperature and kills cell which causes aging. I think that's how it goes:) Eliminating all the gear seems to be the fountain of youth.

I understand maybe he had some health issues or just experienced what it took to be competitive on the high level in the sport and decided it wasn't for him, but why not shift your focus on being super lean athletic runner/swimmer type look, just shift from lifting to endurance activity and maybe weigh train a few times a week. I just don't understand how some of these guys go from training and dieting for years and years and then retire and just stop.
