Brought a classic physique to the open freak show. Looks great to me and gave us a great build up. They should let him pose tonight so he can salute the fans and get the ovation he deserves

Classic physiques at least have some legs and calves. Did he even train his calves? Maybe he should have posed in board shorts.

He looked flat at the press conferance but still looked good.
I figured he'd do the Slin/Carb protocol and look much fuller;
instead he looked even flatter and looked ten pounds lighter.
Not that he had a chance at top 6 But I was shocked
when he walked out so flat.

Total class act right there. No excuses, no blaming anyone for a disappointing showing, no whining, and no display of insecurity.

I really hope he performs his routine tonight and goes out with a thunderous ovation. Totally deserving.

Pretty surreal to see such size on him - the meaty arms and shoulders were still looking awesome. Hats off, he made good use of his genetics without killing himself. Must be suck for Ronnie to see a healthy Kevin living the dream.

Regardless of what he places you have to put a few things in perspective, it's a win win situation for him, he got back in the gym and got back to training for a goal, he probably has some closure seeing what he is actually capable of at his age, all throughout attained sponsorships from MD and various other companies, ignited his social media outlets getting new followers, and I guarantee he will sell a shit ton of merchandise this weekend. So I don't see the downside here, he got rid of anything he had "in the basement" regarding competing and in the process made gains financially and brought some much needed excitement to bodybuilding.

I would like to se Kevin with one more year training. Not heavy ass shit but constistant strict lots of volyme to not get hurt. And then compete 15 pounds heavier, I think he diet to hard. Cut the fucggin cardio crap. ALl the gear and training is enough! He didetn gave hs i body one day rest for like 5 moths...let it rest and grow! THen start it all over again. He wont be abel to bring up the legs, but I bet he could put one more inch on his arm and have fuller chest back shoulders atleast. Would be fun to see...gym picures would be enough...

Why not set a goal to qualify for the Mr O by his own doing a small proshow...I think he got more to give...5 moths of training is nothing...and he was going for the sliced to diced look witch failed...do the bulk look 260 pound! WIll look fuller rounder younger...I hope he bulk up atleast after the Mr O and give us some pictures...or maybe another show!

Kevin was this year's olympia.
Placing didn't matter, he bought more excitement to what's been a boring as fk contest for the last decade, and more excitement than all other competitors combined.
He deserves to be well proud of what he achieved, and the IFBB should, but wont work out how to make an already dull pageant at least watchable again.
