I think that Ramy looks good in the back poses.

BUT He looks like he lost size on the front poses.

I think that he lost muscle while working with Aceto.... but he is more conditioned.

I've never seen this before but I guess some time "more conditioned" is actually worse. He looks smaller but with no real addition to his quality.

ramy was always overated to begin with, he had huge legs that over power everything else, his arms are nothing special, and he's a dirty muslim, who hates america .

Aceto is hailed as some kind of nutritional genius, but last night tells me otherwise.

Ramy needs to get huge and stay huge. Do like Ruhl and brand himself as the ultimate mass monster. At least he'll getbsome exposure and endorsements.

Shawn is so petty that it's ridiculous. He got ced into trouble and disqualified from that show and feigns innocence when people bring it up. He's a miserable human being

Ramy hasn't been training long from what I understand. Therefore there's not a lot of quality muscle there. I thought he looked better than last time. Shawn Rhoden looked great but it's his stage presence that's the problem. He needs to control his stomach and show more fight. He could have won prejudging last year had he not decided to take a nap

And finally Cedric looked great...so Shawn can shut the entire you know what up

ETHER, I had never heard of that burger you mentioned above and din't know if you were serious or not, so I Googled it and discovered that there are a good number of places where you can get that burger here in Las. Vegas.

Do you have any idea why that burger is so damn important?
