Mr Blooflympia, worst conditioning ever?

I'm currently watching a re-run since I missed the live show and WTF!!?! The entire lineup is bloofy and bloated as hell. Not a single christmas tree back, this is way worse than any other year I've seen. What the hell is this? 0 striations, 0 christmas trees, water in every damn place.
Why is this happening?
