i keep saying it... Piana is going to "go deep undercover" or "woodshedding" soon.

He will need to keep those biceps covered in videos... because judging from the speed that lump is moving down, it's time to stop training and let them heal.


Look for a "reinvention" soon with the Rich Piana Series... Focusing on OTHER ATHLETES lol

What healing? This shit is permanent. He probably needs to train/move the arms a lot or he'll have no blood flow at all. He could amputate the arms.
