I thought that a much improved Rhoden was going to show up on Saturday night and challenge Phil. I was wrong. Phil dominated.

Ramy should've placed 2nd.

heath is beating there by a bit, from the back, ham strings, glutes etc

from the font a bit closer,  but overall heath is winning. the current crop of pros is so bad,  heath will keep winning.  and please do not inject kai weirdo green into this topic,

he has never been able to bring it in at the olympia and never will

And BTW, training with Charles Glass hasn't really made a big difference for Shawn. Maybe he needs to go to Kuwait.

The only person I remember making major improvements while training with Glass was Gunter.

People thought Haney would hold on for longer, same with Yates and Coleman.  When it goes downhill it happens fast.  From the competitors as long as phil doesn't crash and burn he can easily hit 10 wins.  Phil's back was thick as fuck this year.

Phil has started using a lot of site oils, his delts were funky this year, hes not getting any bigger with the gear and insulin and hes getting desperate, hes going to fuck himself up.

It really is an abomination these days, no structure, flow, just drugged up mass where ever the experiment has the cells to grow. No doubt Phil the best of a very bad era, hell an argument could be made for Dexter based on prior years judging criteria, there is just no art to it anymore, just mass with no class.

Dexter beats them both in the rear lat spread.  David Henry has the best back in the business.  Not sure how he only gets 5th in the 212.
