I can curl 32kg dumbells for a set
I did 30kg dumbles, 3 sets of 10, perfect form.
This was 13 years ago at my peak. No anabolic chicken.
Havent really been in the gym since, because of "life" happening.
I am 38 now. Want to get back in the game.
Will I be able to regain this strenght? I wonder if it is possible. Time wil tell.
