It didn't happen for the reasons you stated, and the area wasn't as prosperous as you stated.  This kind of propaganda is aimed at slow witted racist blacks such as yourself.  Furthermore, it has nothing to do with a black man being shot for not following police orders and reaching into his car window after repeatedly being told to stop.  Maybe if blacks like yourself weren't immediately hostile to police officers, incidents like this wouldn't happen.   Instead you would rather lie, decieve, and finger point to cover your own short comings and loser status in life

the fact 1 cop went with taser, and the other cop immediately shot at the same time...

what is the protocol in that dept?  This isn't an "interchangeable" thing.  EIther it's time to use deadly force, or it isn't.  They both hit him at the same time.  Dude chose tazer, and she chose bullet.   They're on completely different pages here.

What I want to know is one, wtf was he parked in the middle of the damn road for and two how do you go from a stalled car to shooting a dude?

she had been there for several minutes holding him until the other cops arrived.  I'm sure she went for the gun against him when she was the ONLY one there, and that makes perfect sense.

I think she was just startled when the other cop fired the tazer, and she just fired when they did, not really realizing they were firing tazer because she had tunnel vision.  Kinda like in that Tattantino movie PULP FICTION... Bruce willis in the kitchen with the machine gun, travolta in the crapper... they have that awkward staredown until the toaster ejects the pop tart, and the noise instinctively causes Willis to fire the gun.
