i was in the phillipines this past year, this would never happen there
for one everyone gets checked before entering, also every guard there is armed with an automatic shotgun
so a mass shooting would never happen, and if it does it is very rare
Just about anybody in the entire world could commit a mass shooting if they have access to a gun and the desire to do so.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to say "hey, there are guards / metal detectors at the mall, I'll just shoot up some people somewhere else, where there are not".
Doesn't matter what country you are in, you could find a place to do that shit in a couple of hours.
The only protection against these types of a sub human scum is to detect them and fuck them right off before they throw it all in.
