Honestly, I was in a really bad mood while filming the video..I had just finish doing the Southern States and the last thing I wanted to do was diet for a few more weeks. Also, the first day of the shoot I almost ripped my pec while warming up with 135. So I decided to lift light through the rest of the shoot..

I have no Idea.. I think it was the weather change from Miami to Cali...Maybe it was 185..

I was very strong when I was a kid.. I did a 485 at 192 at 20....Then I tore it with 225 and got operated..

Dude's got a nice physique. Plenty of muscle... sort of a slightly taller and more muscular Danny Hestor. Anybody remember Danny from the 90's?

Just like I mentioned earlier..............the IFBB should change their judging criteria if they do not want professional bodybuilding to eventually fade into oblivion. Guys like Dugdale, Betancourt, Jones are much more marketable than the 275-300lb freaks. Not only are their physiques more marketable, they seem to have their heads on straight too. Dugdale is a successful businessman and father of 3........and ACTS LIKE ONE.  Jose seems to be doing the same. I believe Richard Jones is in school getting his MBA. Not only are they great bodybuilders, they seem to be good people as well. These guys represent bodybuilding well.

Man, you know it sounds like a good plan but I only have a year or two left in me...After that I'm going to take a full year from training. I haven't taken more than 3 weeks off in 20 years!

I have it Coleman, Cutler and Dexter this year. They have to mix it up so Gustavo will be 4th. Martinez 5th and James 6th. Branch, Anthony, Charles, and Cormier should round out the top ten. Assuming of course that Gunter and Priest ditch the IFBB.

True enough, but do you really imagine DeMilia's shows under PDI (if they ever actually take place) will be so different from all those that he promoted under IFBB, for a couple decades or so, that they are going to be a blast?

 I will laugh if a few IFBB guys cross over, start dominating shows, and the PDI becomes as predictable as the IFBB. They will either have to make it predictable, or screw people over.
