wrong im 290 my back didnt hurt at 335
my back was so bad a few weeks and wavering on going completley out that i avoided all foods but beans and beer because if i ate bread or dairy back symptoms got much worse within hours thus i knew it was nutritionally related and i was 290 pounds, and not weight or stress related back pain
