all of it will depend on Get Out The Vote ground games. Clinton has an advantage there, with organizations in every state. And I expect record turnout of latinos in Florida. Older latino Cubans always voted Republican. But probably not so much this time. Plus they're dying off. Younger latinos are highly motivated to vote for Clinton.
