Ronnie knew he lost , everyone who attended the show knew he lost , the magazines knew he lost the internet knew he lost. Ronnie may have " won " the contest but he didn't beat Jay Cutler , like a dummy Jay boycotted the 02 Olympia would have demolished Ronnie again. Jay scored a victory regardless he shattered the myth Ronnie was " unbeatable " Jay got his revenge anyway. He paid his dues

It's okay. Ronnie got his gift just as Jay did in 07 when he looked like shit, then in 08 they couldn't give him the sandow for looking like shit again so they let dex have it.

Ronnie from the back was from another planet,but from the front other than 98/99 and maybe 03/04 was just too big lost lines..jay was young,fresh big size and good shape 'other than blocky waist'and up front ripped but rear always had soft lower back..jay had great legs/calves then too.

I recall Jay went under the name "the fridge", dude was big, all the way big. Sadly for Jay, Ronnie had him on almost every level, be it mass, definition, insertions or fullness. Politics aside, the only way Jay would ever beat Ronnie was if Ronnie showed up in really bad shape and Jay was in his best condition.

Exactly! I also recall some "shoot interview" with a relaxed and retired Coleman (probably a couple of years after Olympia, while he still maintained size) where he basically said that he knew he was too busted up in the end to be able to keep the crown. Coleman is still the freakiest bodybuilder of all time and it feels weird if Heath somehow would beat him on the Sandow department.

I agree with you. Not seeing the appeal of Jay. His waist was so wide, he had 0 vascularity, a bad back, and his left and right side were not symmetrical. He was just not in Ronnie's league (genetically speaking).

Yeah, I don't know what some are looking at? He at least ties Jay from the front, and obliterates Jay's soft back and Glutes from the back. And while Ronnie was down in size for him, he still was as big as Jay. I was there!!! I love the Internet warriors commenting when they were not there in person and saw them up close. Kevin was on the decline there too, (his legs were already going south) so he was in no way going to win, or even get second.
