You have already seen my picture and I put you to shame so obviously my diet is working, now if a person has decent genetics take a little juice and eat semi healthy they will look good but they could look better if they follow my protocols.

Imagine taking the amount of grasses and vegetation a gorilla eats in a day and throwing it in a juicer. I'm guessing you'd have 50+glasses of juice a day with that amount of intake. How many natural sugars and carbs would that be? Diabetic neck of peace would be your future...

Its ok but I am not a fan of it I don't believe in putting people on a diet that is too restrictive because they get tired of it and eventually quit its better to just eat a normal healthy diet.

i eat what i want.

a sandwich without bread isnt the same, pasta without pasta isnt the same either.

if you wanna go through life without eating burgers with buns, pizza etc then thats your choice but its not a life i want to live.

You can make a pizza dough with almond or coconut flour boom low carb pizza, you can buy low carb burger buns to make burgers and anyhow if once weekly you have a high carbs cheap meal, fries burgers whatever it wont hurt you actually you will look very full and vascular after eating it so no excuses.
