Not that much really...total 2houers/day out of 24houers...
Think swimmers is nearby 20-30 houer/week gymnast aswell...triatlets, cyclists, mma fighters etc. Think chinese weightlifters spend 4 houer in the gym to, one session morgning, one afternoon...back in the days bodybuilders did 3-4houers lifting every day? 2 session each day, 6 times/week. Maybe some running cycling aswell...
The more u train, the less sore u feel...body adapt pretty quick.
