i had to bump this one because we've got two new entries, "Rhino" benched 661 and squatted 1000 and "huge" Ron Harris pressed 315 behind the neck for reps, inclined 150 lb. db's for reps, squatted 700, hack squatted 900, so with these new entries would should own the powerlifting world, hahaha.

yeah dude, i just had a few guys at the gym put a dump truck on my back and i squatted it for 10 reps and then i went out side and layed on the ground and then bench pressed the gym off of it's foundation for 5.

i just pushed a 14-story bulilding off of it's foundation, 3 blocks away onto an empty parking lot and supersetted that with pink 5 lb. DB side laterals for 8 reps!

but shit, RHINO came along and did it all plus 10 reps. ;D

You might as well add Ron "Pazuzu" Harris to the team. Anyone who can squat 700 and incline bench near 4 plates a side has got to have a pretty good total.

Lets not forget Sarcasm's feats of strengh. hammer curling 85 pound dumbells for 3 reps with his 17 inch arms  :o

Lifting 3 guys on his back while doing donkey calf raises. The fourth guy was behind him making sure his form was perfect by keeping his hands on his ass.  Needless to say that when this little spectacle happens in the gym or at the baseball games... Sarcasm grunts like a mad cow getting rapped by a bull. ;D
