Maybe lifting heavy ass weights is not so good for longevity in bodybuilding.
Dallas take heed.

If you are an athlete trying to be the best in the world at any sport then its no longer about health.

Everybody wants to be a bodybuilder but no one wants to be wheelchair bound by 50.

What are the chances he's on HRT?  Either self-medicated *cough* or legitimately?

Hard to believe Arnold is in better shape than Ronnie now

Arnold had heart valve replacement surgery and a redo valve surgery. Based on what he had done he will need it redone again in the near future.  He has also had some orthopedic surgeries but keeps things quiet for the most part. Many people don't realize that 20 dollar Lou has had both hips and knees done.

I played college football and have spinal issues I can't imagine what pros deal with later in life.

At 65, he'll look like a number.  As in: Drug addict Ronnie has been dead (insert number here) years now.

Bodybuilding's loss will be the English language's gain.

WooOSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

First of all, he was never over 5'10" and he's lost height due to his surgeries. When you have fused discs, your upper torso gets compressed, hence why he's 5'9" now. Poor Hulk Hogan used to be a legit 6'6" and is 6'2" today due to multiple back, knee and hip surgeries. Arnold used to be 6'2". He's 5'10" today. The list goes on and on.

First time hes been measured properly.

Nah, he was a legit 5'10". He's had several discs in his spine fused. That's where the 1" height loss comes from.

Poor guy told Bob Chic that an entire side of his body is permamently numb now due to his latest back surgery, which he only had because he started to hit the weights heavy again shortly after the last surgery in 2015 which fucked him up again and now that he's numb after this failed surgery he's yet again back at it.  :P

Yup, Arnold's a shadow of his former self. Dude's barely taller than a 5'8" actor today (can't remember the guys name). It was a recent pic that was taken.
