is it legal to sell those shitty blackstone and IML designers person to person? I got some pre ban, but dont want to ingest that poison so inwas gonna toss em or sell em (if legal)

Well they are currently selling Havoc (epistane) on ebay. It may be illegal but authorities are not going to go after someone selling a couple extra bottles. They are targeting the supplement companies and their distributors.
