Nowadays the majority of competitive bodybuilders use a bunch of amino acid supplements like the ones in this instance. They are not immune to marketing. Almost everyone drinks some type of bullshit "pwo" too.

The supps "for health" are also bullshit in most cases, there's little definitive data on their supposed benefits. Many might turn out to hurt your health.

Look at all the steroid forums, lots of talk about "intraworkout" supps.
