good build if you're a natural

I think your pecs are decent and the pose would be a lot more impressive if you learned to expand your ribcage and vacuum your abdomen. Would give the illusion of dramatic taper

Apollo, Actually I was 100% Natural. I couldnt even afford a multi-vitamin at the time.

The pic is from 99. Yes its been a while but seeing the pic on here motivates me to get back to that level of conditioning, but with about 25 new lbs. of USDA Beef.

You guys wouldnt believe my diet if I told you, But if anyone is interested I will share, its funny....

i found 1 or 2 more I thought I would share, I definitely look a little skinnier in this sot, at least the waist is small ( 31 in. ) if i remember right.

If you're only 5'10 here I would guess that you are closer to 160, same with the first shot. Maybe you're made out of lead

I was thinking 176lbs to be exact. The 198 must have been while holding his 2 year old son.
