Late '96 or early 97. I remember Dorian's last Mr O showing being discussed. I'm 41. I took many breaks from here but I can't believe it's been that long. And kudos to Ron for keeping this site alive for so long.

I was 20 when I registered here and Ronnie was still reigning Mr. O. I read musclemayhem boards and somehow ended up in here. Sad that many great getbiggers are gone(or dead). It was fun when pros posted in here. Cutler got some great chest training tips :D
