Hurricane Hits Haiti
« on: October 04, 2016, 04:39:09 PM »
Buildings crumbling, people afraid to leave their homes empty for fear they'll be robbed by their neighbors, raw sewage running in the streets, no utilities, people sick, people starving, no medical care, looting and fighting for limited resources. So essentially, Haiti after this hurricane, is exactly like Haiti, before this hurricane!

Good point. It's amazing that a country with natural resources, ports, beautiful coastlines on the Caribbean and a population of hard-working citizens can be such a disaster. I wonder how this is.

Hahaha...just a wet Haiti! Their navy consists of 2 guys in a row boat with sling shots and one of them blowing a bugle. Sad to think they've still not heard of indoor plumbing.

Any minute now someone will be whining about how "we" should help them. Just remember how 2 to 3 billion dollars of donations for their earthquake aid, just disappeared, and was never found.

Even if you want to help the poor people there, your money will just go into some crooks pocket. Fuck Haiti.

It's coming to florida yet.   My biggest fear is that internet goes down, and I'll be without getbig for a week.

Don't worry, the Clintons will have a fundraiser and see to it that every penny goes to rebuild Haiti.
They are good like that.

I'm no expert, but perhaps it has something to do with them having to buy their freedom from France?

Yes, I'm sure the corrupt leaders living in megamillion mansions and pocketing millions in bribes, relief aid and business shakedowns have absolutely nothing to do with it.

Heard it was devastating, most powerful hurricane since 2007, destroyed everything in Haiti and did a total $1.50 damage.
