I'm not even using whey protein now.

The only supplement which really works and makes some noticeable difference is creatine.

The supplement industry makes its money from naive teenagers who dream of getting big we were all there at some point wasting our money on crap then we grew up, but every year there is a new bunch of naive teenagers for them to make money off.

We're back in a gym that we havent been to in a couple years (HHF, I believe Walter used to go there as well), we were going to a cheaper one near by.
Anyways, funny seeing the people when we go at 5AM. Mr. Fat guy in tight tank top, all stained up, yapping to everyone. Young kid, poses on machines, spends more time yapping to Mr. Fat guy, than training. 3rd guy seems cool, but he's also a yapper, and talks with Fat guy and young yapper... Young yapper/poser is the type who loads up the bench with 275, walks around for 5 mins, poses in front of it so everyone see's, then removes the 25's, drops it back to 225 without ever doing the 275 set, and struggles with 2 shitty reps of 225... Wife and I crack up... We wear our headphones and earplugs for me to block out all noise. Luckily its 5Am when we go, so a small crowd, I dont think I could handle a modern gym later in the day after work when its full of fark-tards...

amazing, I never really notice anyone in the gym unless they are using some equipment I want to use.

In my gym, its an indian dude...absolutely no muscles, 25% bodyfat...telling me he is ripped if he go down 5kg...

he also know everything about training, how to train and what excersices to do to get the dream body! Before he told me what the purpose having abs...u always wearing clothes...no one see it. Better to be bulked up "muscular". Two weeks later he is on diet..."bulking is easy, stay in shape harder" "I want abs"...2 weeks later, complaingn about weight loss, strenght loss, but still fat on the abs. 1 moths. Complaining about loosing muscles, and still no abs :)
