More likely he does his offseason on t3+t4 with gh, seems to have some magic nutrient paritioning effects if you can out eat the depletion.

Guys like jay, compton,fritz  etc insane amounts of carbs 1000-1200 and relatively little fat

The one thing i dont get with juan though is how he manages all the fat aswell

Yeah but u can def see it in their face, they are big and low bf but their face, double chin, not much sunken in these days

T3's glycogen depletion probably works really efficiently with insulin to stop you spilling over into fat stores, i think the face thing is just a result of not being able to diet on less than 600g of carbs without wasting away.
