Breakfast: Two cans of Yellow Fin Tuna.
Lunch: Escabeche of Young Partridge
Mid-Afternoon Anabolic Drink: Plasmosis mixed with Goat Milk and Heavy Cream.
Dinner: Salmon Steak, baby arugula salad with carrots, kale, beets, nuts and lighty dressed with my choice.
Late Night snack: Low fat vanilla pudding mixed with whey protein.
I think this is a pretty solid non-dieting meal plan.
