had a rough week. somehow hurt my back for the 200th time on Monday. went with my crew to lift on Tuesday, i ended up just hanging out and not lifting, like a bitch. no lifting on wens day or Thursday. went and walked for 40 minutes on the treadmill trying to loosen things up. not much luck. so now its Friday, and the back is feeling better. but my 87 year old mother is getting discharged from the hospital sometime on Friday. so i get to the hospital at 1 pm, and we don't leave the hospital until 9 pm. also during that 9 hours, i didn't eat anything. just water. actually i didn't really feel to bad with a 9 hour fast. so today is Saturday. i feel like shit, i look like shit. still not really hungry but I'm restarting for the 200th time on Monday. Monday is the first day of the rest of my life
