No need to be so formal, you can use my first name.
First off, I do not see the PDI as a threat. Just as I do not see NABBA as a threat. Why should I?
While it has made for interesting debate it has yet to reveal itself as anything more than an illusion.
My questioning of the PDI is not biased because I freelance for FLEX, know Bob or J Manion. It's biased because I know Wayne!
We are al guilty of bias, if I judged a beauty contest, the blonde would win everytime. I could be in trouble here as my wife is brunette!
I'm surprised that your MBA education allows you to accept everything at face value. Read the announcements, make the calls and you'll start to see where things don't match up.

Interesting how Kevin is saying shit now about the PDI. You are the one who calls Wayne and he has told you a few times about the NOC and explained about the tickets and offered you proof about the show validity. Man remind when I meet not to trust you. I've read the announcements. I spent an hour on the phone with Mr. DeMilia today. Hell, I've spoke to a few of the athletes.

If I smelled ONE OUNCE of shadiness in the PDI, you can bet your bottom dollar that every getbigger would be reading about it right now. I have no financial stake in it, as my money comes from promoting athletes from all sides (actually, 85% of my income comes from local sources- getbig is a minor piece).

I'm shooting it straight here.

I'll type this slowly in the hope that you understand. I have not called Wayne. We have however exchanged a few e-mails and their contents have not changed my opinion.

When will they become members of the PDI, the morning of the show?
If they are so intent on joining why are they not doing so now?
Would the lie about the agreement with the hospital add up to an ounce?

Thanks for taking the time to point out that error though there is a difference between illiteracy and poor punctuation.

Not sure about the UK and Europe. I am curious to know if any of the NABBA and WABBA guys are competing also. I never bothered to ask Wayne. You would probably know better than me about how popular they are over there. Some of them guys are huge. A friend of mine went to Australia to compete in a NABBA show a couple of years ago. Even the over 50 guys are huge and in condition. Way better than the guys in the Masters here.

There are some very good physiques in NABBA. The huge problem here is promoting succesful shows. The audiences have dwindled over the years.

Yes, this is why I can't understand this secrecy over the identity of the promoter and sponsors. These shows need as much publicity as possible to make them viable. The mystery promoter here must ne extremely confident of his abilities.
