I had some great pumps.  But as far as results not that different from regular creatine without the bloat however.  Ive been using Size On by Gaspari I like that one.  It doesnt give you the huge energy thrust like no explode however but same results.

I sleep well with it.  I usually take it, nap for 45 min, then hit the gym.  Durections says give it an hour after taking it before you lift.
