yes.twice a day (am on empty stomach,pm after all meals 40 mins 40 mins)


lol....old age/being 270 plus lbs = reason for loose skin?

as im noo expert in posing, although with the amount of flexing i do in my bathroom you would think i am lol, could someone see if he is doing that rear lat spread correct.   because from the front his back looks so much wider than it does from the back..    and i know my back doesnt do that, and niether does the pros  i see .



regardless, swell job on the dieting mike, and id love tpo see some pics in the gym like these guys said.

Mike, maybe it is the distance from the camera but on 2/4 you had some good size. In the current pics you are looking small with not much change in BF. Something is going wrong with the diet and cardio.  Did you speak to someone before hand or are you winging it?

I was on a strick diet down (being depleted of the "baby" fat I accumulated through the years) but now am starting to introduce more carbs and fat (ie: extra virgin olive oil) to start filling out.  Check out my contest page on my web site (www.mikearvilla.com) and click on the videos and notice the changes in size.  There was a lot of BF hiding the muscle.  One of the video I don't even show much of a peak on what was a 20" bicep.  Crazy huh?
