Are oral PCT's hard on you liver like oral gear is or does it not have the toxins to do so? I'm more interested in Nolva to be exact. Thanks!

PCT products just like anything you put into your body be it Tylenol, AAS, protein, alcohol, whatever it is has to pass through your liver at some stage, at some level, in some fashion.

In short, this does not necessarily mean PCT products are bad for your liver, because one of the livers key functions is dealing with everything that enters the body...it's the over-burden and undue stress that causes liver problems that can occur from numerous things if used in large irresponsible quantities.

Not running PCT would be far more detrimental to your body then using it.

Not any harder on your liver than OTC meds.

There is a liver effect with the use of Nolvadex.  Enzyme elevations can and do occur.  In the initial NSABP P-1 trial,liver enzyme elevations were observed (SGOT, SGPT, bilirubin, alkaline phosphatase).  In the Swedish trial, liver cancers were infrequent but noted over controls.  You must keep in mind, though, that for breast cancer patients, typical dosing is in the range of 40mg per day for 2-5 consecutive YEARS.

^For that reason I'm not worried about Nolvadex.  I don't even use it except for PCT.  That is about 4-6 weeks at most.
