I posted a huge thing on the Politics board under Election 2016. It explains how the weighting is done and how one singular person seems to be shifting the entire LA times poll.

I went back through your post history and looked at the story. Cliff notes: There is 1 19-year old black man in the polling sample who is certain he is voting for Trump. Because of the way the poll is weighted, this has caused it to be an outlier for the entire election. Because the methodology of the poll is so transparent, people have been able to analyze exactly why this poll has been an outlier.

What point are you even trying to make???  Who has claimed that the Bloomberg poll is the most important, most believable poll? If any poll veers too far from the general trend, it's suspect to me.  I didn't see anyone on the board use the Bloomberg poll as proof that the media is honest and right all the time.
