Yes, enough of Gregory, I see you don't like him. But time to be more positive, not just attacking, especially if you don't want to put up a pic.

I have a ton of pictures out there of myself - and that one is me and Isaac a while back, takings pics. I myself have been to over 300 NPC / IFBB contests, maybe more. As for being in shape, yes working too much, and I am out of shape. But never was a bodybuilder, I just enjoyed the sport, and the bikini competitors.

Isaac competed in a few men's physique contests and was in great shape. I, when I was younger, was a hiker, climbing to the top of Yosemite, and to the bottom and back up of the Grand Canyon with a 50 pound backpack on me. Not easy.
