I brought it for bulking for the winter I notice from the past that when you are consuming high calories on a bulk the cardio helps to keep you lean.
I bought an exercise bike off of kijiji and it pretty much collects dust. I do like biking to work in the warmer months though.

I always do my fucking cardio at home on the cycle trainer...70-80minutes total 20min warmup then intervalls. 5x5min 95% max pulse or 2x20min or 10x2min, different shit topping with some 5x20-30sek flat out, all in, in the end...every 4-5 day
