Thanks Doc.  TBH - it felt a little traitorous as a Brit not to include Dorian.  I met him a few times clubbing (I remember he had the most muscular palms I'd ever shook hands with) and he was kind enough to laugh at my sh1t jokes.  And the year I saw him pose when he was using that tanning formula that looked like gold paint he was ultra-impressive - top 10 maybe but not top 5, sorry Doz....
