According to his word, yes. His son also confirms this. Park was a powerfully built man but next to Arnold you could tell the difference between natural and drugged. I believe Reg to have been an honorable man. The same with Steve Reeves.

Oh sh1t! I forgot Mentzer! I need to cram him in there somehow because a) I liked his build, b) I found his attempt to crowbar ethics and philosophy into his articles and talks amusing, and c) because ~~I loved amphetamines too~~ switching to lower sets and more rest days gave me some of the best results I ever had with less time in the gym... True story.

I'll cut Nubret from my list to make room for Mentzer Senior.
