Few tricks to tune out these FUCKHEADS that works for me.

- No commercial TV whatsoever. Cable TV = gone. Netflix = Gone. Get a Raspberry PI and run Kodi with Exodus
- Adblockers on ALL your PCs
- No radios in the house
- If anyone wants to talk politics or the environment, turn around and walk away. They don't want a discussion, they want to sell you a (usually stupid) opinion. The only fun thing about politics is trolling halfwits on Getbig
- Never take public transport. Too many stupid people within earshot
- In the gym, headphones on at all times. See above for reasoning re stupid people.
- Minimize your news consumption to a bare minimum and take into account nobody reports the news anymore, they sell news now. I read to be made aware of events only, the details will be wrong 100% of the time. This I know because I deal with media indirectly as part of my professional job.
