Keto diet.
It isn't particularly easy to follow, but you will drop weight in a relatively fast manner.
High protein, high fats (healthy fats), but very low carb intake per day (think <50 grams/day).
Your body will consume all the glucose it has left, both available in your blood stream and also what glycogen you have stored away. Afterwards, once it no longer has an adequate source of glucose for energy, it will burn away at fat to produce ketones for energy.
Do it for a month and at the very least you can see 5-10 pounds strip away.
