so now that he can squat he will win the o next year
Kevin couldn't even bring his legs up 15 years ago and now he wants all of us to think he can do it now at 52 years old? LOL. He also has to worry about his weak back. It's as bad as Ben Pakulski's back and that's pretty damn bad. Good for Kevin for getting in shape to promote his supplement company, but he's bringing all of these "critics" on himself by talking big.
Dorian Yates didn't squat due to a back injury, he used the leg press and smith-machine squats.
Dorian did squat religiously for years and then figured out squats weren't really suited for his physique and moved on.
Yes, earlier on in his career. He did say that squats built the foundation of his leg development. However, he did mention that he had a back injury which squats aggravated.
Kevin needs to STFU and promote his supplement line. Keep training and guest pose here and there. Stop with delusional shit, and act more like a business man.
i get a kick how he blames not being able to squat is the reason he didnt place well, i think that is the first time ive ever heard this from a pro
LOL. He shouldn't even be on stage.
your right bro he is more suited for gay porn, and his stupid articles for muscular development no one reads
You know what would of been better for him? If he really wants to be onstage then having him guest pose at these shows would of done him and his business better. He would of made more money for himself and the IFBB by guest posing and his supplement line would of gotten more exposure. By the looks of things, Kevin doesn't seem like a smart businessman. Look at how many contests they had this year: http://www.ifbb.com/ifbb-board/ . I'm pretty sure they will have even more next year.
Kevin isn't smart period. I like the guy but you can tell by the way he talks that he isn't that sharp.Anyway, if he can bring his legs up just a bit he won't be far off from his 2002-2003 look, to be honest.
Kevin has even more things to worry about. His back was the worst at the Mr. Olympia this year. If he thinks his 8 months of "hardcore" training will help him then he's more delusional than I thought.
