For him it is..he eats for performance, to be as light as possible, have as much energy as possible..so for his lifestyle it seems to be working out. Dude also post his bloodwork, his numbers are all perfect except for b12 in which he uses injection, has a dexa scan of 3.9% bodyfat, his potassium levels are fine, for someone to die of potassium overdose they would have to consume around 300 bananas in a 10 min span.

Thanks I am glad that you have called upon my expert knowledge, if you look at her pictures she is fat, she is an addict and she needs help, her blood sugar levels are crashing her insulin is out of wack its only a matter of time before she becomes diabetic which will lead to kidney and heart problems and might have to cut off a couple of her limbs, she needs rehab for sugar addicted or she will be dead.

I am glad you ask there are 3 body types ecto, meso and endo, out of these body types ecto people produce very little insulin naturally so even when they have a insulin spike they dont release much so they dont gain much weight, that is why you will see some people eating all kinds of crap and dont gain much weight, but you will still end up with diabetes and all kind of health problems that does not change.
