Do you ever walk away from an unfinished meal?
« on: November 02, 2016, 12:27:42 PM »
Are you a person that will clean a plate even when full half way?  I find that sometimes I can plow through a "serving" of something and other times I'm full part way but I still eat it all anyways.  I feel guilty for leaving calories on the table.  maybe something my parents beat into me as a kid.

Never.

If I feel like my eyes have wanted more than my stomach can take, I think all the starving kids in Africa and finish my meal like a man.

Unless it's really garbage, I'll try to finish the main course. I'll dump side dishes all the time though, sometimes I'll offer them to another person (or the dog, if the occasion isn't too formal).

Why would I lie?

Tell you what, you up the dose to 3 gms a week and I guarantee you wont notice that much difference.
If 250 or 500mgs  doesnt work for you, 5gms wont either.

Don't forget, Jeff's life is a solid 9/10 at all times.  No wonder he doesn't abuse food, training, or drugs -- his satisfaction comes from his success.

maybe something my parents beat into me as a kid.

My folks tried that shit on me.

Dad: Finish your supper.  There are people starving in Africa.
5 yo me: Omg there are?!  Do they die?
Dad: Yes, so finish your supper.
5 yo me: ... Why don't they eat the dead people?

5 years old.  Cured world hunger.
