I read an article where the writer stated he had spent half a day or so with him at some seminar or the like and said ronnie was at the peak of his off season and said he ate the whole time, almost continuously, not clean shit either, apparantly his focus was total protein and caloric intake, nowt else mattered

In one video he was eating at the black eyed pea 2x day. double chicken breast and lots of rice and potatoes.  THE restaurant knew what he wanted and he was coming in 2 times a day.

he probbaly ate just a like a regular joe, just ate a bit more.

Most pro bodybuilders just eat normally.
Vince Talor used to have Fruit Loops for breakfast and Pizza and Steak with ketchup.

Lets can all this pros eating clean all the time we know it's bullshit and it wouldn't work. I stay about 195 with very low BF and I have to eat junk every day I can't just eat clean I just lose size. Ronnie would be eating junk multiple times a day to be 300 it's just not possible not to. Clean food just goes straight through you.

It's bs cause of all the shit they are on, with how many IU's of gh and gear, most can eat anything and still stay 8 percent bf

There must be more important things for you to be thinking about other than Ronnie's diet from the spring of 1999

Yes but also the amount of muscle they are carrying just burns everything up. Which having that much requires a lot of gear so yeh.

Chad Nicholls was big on not eating clean in the offseason.

I recall a story where he asked Tom Prince what he ate, and Tom actually ate the chicken, brown rice and broccoli diet.

Chad said "No wonder why you haven't grown.  You can't eat that clean all of the time."
