In Cost of Redemption he ate the same shit as at any time. And he was huge.
I read an article where the writer stated he had spent half a day or so with him at some seminar or the like and said ronnie was at the peak of his off season and said he ate the whole time, almost continuously, not clean shit either, apparantly his focus was total protein and caloric intake, nowt else mattered
i could almost not imagine him putting on all that weight on just chicken rice and broccoli
wasnt that his olympia prep i said off season
I agree mate, the man was inhuman and like nothing we ever seen before in his prime, no way he got that way on clean food
In one video he was eating at the black eyed pea 2x day. double chicken breast and lots of rice and potatoes. THE restaurant knew what he wanted and he was coming in 2 times a day.
Lets can all this pros eating clean all the time we know it's bullshit and it wouldn't work. I stay about 195 with very low BF and I have to eat junk every day I can't just eat clean I just lose size. Ronnie would be eating junk multiple times a day to be 300 it's just not possible not to. Clean food just goes straight through you.
those times when he put on the craziest amounts of size
It's bs cause of all the shit they are on, with how many IU's of gh and gear, most can eat anything and still stay 8 percent bf
Didn't he get one of the waitress's there pregnant?
Grits, cornbread, BBQ ribs, biscuits and gravy, fried chicken, watermelon, coleslaw, gumbo, chicken and waffles, grape soda,,,The usual.
Chad Nicholls was big on not eating clean in the offseason.I recall a story where he asked Tom Prince what he ate, and Tom actually ate the chicken, brown rice and broccoli diet. Chad said "No wonder why you haven't grown. You can't eat that clean all of the time."
