its a civil case (not criminal)  that should tell all....

THAT speaks volumes.

IF they had real physical evidence ( blood, semen, DNA, etc) it would have been a criminal case and high profile.
It's an anonymous  underage girl and her parent(s) making the charge.

Reeks of trying for an out of court settlement via family lawyer pressure since Trump is running for Pres now.

The fact that the media is giving very little attention to this rumor , ( to me) shows they aren't as bad as Trump claims.
