1. Females are harshly judged on looks ( and age).
Males are judged more on what they can do and what they have.
Example : An older , stodgy , wealthy man = distinguished gentleman
An older, matronly , wealthy woman = old hag
2. Nobody demands affirmative action for the NBA when only black guys are playing.
BUT if the sport is mostly white, like hockey or swimming, they need more blacks .
3. If someone is a devout person of faith, we need to respect their religion.
BUT, they don't need to respect our more secular belief .
