Only a dumb mentally retarded delusional person would think that a calorie is a calorie, this stupid crap was made up by people who dont have the willpower to diet properly and eat healthy, they know that they are wrong but they brainwash themselves so they can justify eating garbage, you can brainwash yourself all you want but eat garbage and eventually you will get a shitload of health problems.

Someone gets it

the OP is a fucking retard
/thread

i was a bro food eater until i switched my cutting diet to like 50% ice cream, chocolate and protein bars. shit works. unless youre stupid.
just work out like a madman, burn lots of calories during the day (more than you eat, fatso) and youll end up shredded no matter what the fuck youre eating, unless youre drinking HFCS for fun.

edit: ah, brosep. good example that IIFYM works. he does IF too if i remember correctly.
guy kills pizza and lots of icecream every day until contest day (and competes in a natty federation)

Retardism 101.

Depends if you're a stick already. If you are a skinny twerp before steroids, sure...eat what you want. I've seen guys do this. Back when I was bouncing these guys were eating tacos, pizza, ice cream, Big Macs, etc. etc. They could afford to do that.
Depends on what drugs you're using. How much HGH, Thyroid your cramming in your body.
Roger Stewart the bodybuilder used to say how much ice cream he ate...in fact he said thats when his abs came in...if you really believe that.
You can't 1000 calories of chocolate in your body without something negative happening. Insulin without steroids and HGH makes you fat.
Get a life you fucking reatard.

I have dropped 8lbs in around 14 days, all I did was skip a few meals and didnt snack between meals, I didnt change another thing.
I eat a normal western diet, I dont take piles of tupperware everywhere i go, I eat when Im hungry.

While  I cannot claim to be anywhere near the shape your in, I follow the same tactic if I feel fat creeping on, I skip breakfast or breakfast and first bait at work and have a bit extra water, usually in a fortnight this get you back to square one

If i eat out I rarely ever finish a meal, I can never stomach all the food.

there is something very feminine about that

I don't see how diets with have different micro and macro nutrient profiles can have the exact same effect in the body (assuming same calories).
The different foods have different chemical structure.
These different molecules interact with the bodies systems and are metabolized in complex and different ways depending.
Therefore, the physical outcome of different diets interacting with the complex system of the body will not be exactly the same.
It cannot be, impossible. It's logic.

sorry jr. there are no such thing as diff molecules. there are fat molecules, and protein molecules. your body processes a fat molecule the same whether it came from kfc or pizza hut, or it came from a steak. once i learned this, bro dieting became exactly that;'bro filled logic.

You just eat a normal Western diet? So you eat lots of beans, franks, taters? You must have lots of farts. How does this effect your anal sex with you boyfriend cowboy?

Carbohydrates (also called saccharides) are molecular compounds made from just three elements: carbon, hydrogen and oxygen.

Proteins are made up of chains of small organic molecules called amino acids such as glycine, alanine, lysine or tryptophan. Amino acids contain an amine functional group, which contains a nitrogen atom, possibly one or two atoms of hydrogen, and a carboxylic acid group, which has the formula -COOH.

Fats. Fats are large molecules that are composed of three fatty acid molecules bonded to a glycerol molecule. The fatty acid molecule is a long chain of covalently bonded carbon atoms with nonpolar bonds to hydrogen atoms all along the carbon chain with a carboxyl group attached to one end.

there you have it. all foods contain the above in differing quantities.

No such thing as clean and dirty food, its just food.

your point is thats its a processed waste of calories well yeah it is,but it tastes good to most people, but a meal is always going to be the main staple of what a lifter needs in the end and a steady mix of them.

dumbasses will be fat regardless of what they eat, its because they are dumbasses.

If I eat 70% of what you would call "good food" and 30% of what I call food, are you seriously deluded enough to think you will make less gains as far as training goes?

We have already established potato chips have a higher glycemic index than potatoes so stop saying they will crash your blood sugar you fucking retard.
Im glad you have also admitted that its eating more and not crashing blood sugar that makes you fat.  ;)

This guy diets for contests by the calorie is a calorie approach, posts pics of him eating pizza and donuts everyday on IG

That doesn't mean he's living on pizza and donuts. You can get away with eating anything you want for awhile (esp if you supplement and are on drugs) but over time nutritional deficiencies can develop. Stuff you think is normal wear and tear, like having lower energy, aches, pains, digestive problems, sleep problems, can be a sign of a suboptimal diet. There are these things called essential nutrients - vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, protein..that are essential for a reason and simply having sufficient calories may or may not cut it.

no it means hes having pizza and doughnuts and counting calories and assimilating them into eating in a deficit.

as for vitamins and minerals, take a mutivit every day.

Vitamins? Who the fuck cares about vitamins? You don't need any of that bullshit. Protein, fats, carbs and the right amount of drugs. Not rocket science broski's.
You people are a bunch of fucking idiots. You act like you have to measure food and macros....fuck me. Just count calories dummy. Workout. I diet on 12-18 eggs a day. The human body doesn't need all the food you think it does.

The guy in the pic is a stick. He weighs probably 150 pounds witout steroids. With steroids 187 in that pic. Also...don't believe the weights they tell you. Just like pro wrestlers add 50-75lbs on their billed weight.

Just like eating 6-8 meals a day....Jesus Fucking Christ....just fucking eat when your hungry if your a stick. If you gain fat or have a tendency to get/carry fat don't eat until you really need to that day. Start your day hungry and go as long as you can without eating...this is what I do...it works for dieting.

For me calories are just calories.   Eat too many and you add weight.  Eat too few and you lose weight.

Nothing to do with nutrition so you can eat garbage only and be thin/lean.

You might be in poor health but calories are still just calories.

People will disagree.  That's fine.  Eat too many donuts or too much grilled chicken and you'll get fat.

In this thread the OP claims he has broken the laws of thermodynamics.    ::)

Have you ever heard of this process called 'digestion' ::)

Also to those who angrily say 'eat when you're hungry, moron'... You people realize that your instincts can degrade, right?

Wait a minute, why does he need a multi? Could it mean he's not eating right? Could it mean a calorie is not a calorie?
