I assume FBI never had any other option really. They had to formally do the investigation to calm down some people. They would have chosen the president had they at this point decided to charge Hitlery.

On one hand you know you have somebody that broke the law. That was established the first go around. What was unclear then was intent.

Now you have an avalanche of leaked emails showing not only intent to hide the emails but mass amounts of fraud through the foundation. There is no time to do work on the email case due to the timing of the election. So they close it....but what about the investigation already ongoing into the foundation? Isn't that a even bigger issue?

My guess is you see some really interesting leaks now as it doesn't impede an ongoing investigation. The real stuff will come out now...

There didn't have to be intent. Negligence with classified information, in itself , is a crime. Comey said she was "extremely careless," That's the definition of Negligent.

Bottom line - This was a careless on her part when she was sec of state. BUT, it failed to reach the level of treason, espionage or criminal use of classified material.

BUT, for Trump supporters, she's guilty regardless of what the investigation reveals.
1. If she's found guilty of a crime, the system worked and GOD Bless America.
2. If she's not guilty, the system is rigged.

Reminds me of  competitive bodybuilders.
If they win, the judging was fair and everything is done right.
If they get beat, the same judging is now rigged and  "political".
I often wonder , why isn't it ever rigged (in their favor) when they win?

I voted early and find some of these election threads interesting with a few that are entertaining.
It's Nov 7th, election "eve" and we'll likely know the official results, late on Nov 8.
Regardless of who wins, I'll wish them well and accept the result .
