Admittedly, I found it annoying reading some of Tim Fogarty's posts. Remember when he said Trump couldn't beat Clinton in the general election? Lol. I suppose I understand his position - as a homosexual man, matters of discrimination and not feeling like you are a member of the dominant in-group is a deeply personal one for him - but I just grow tired of people who think it's somehow racist to take issue with multiculturalism and unending waves of immigration.
Saudi Arabians expelled something like 100,000 Ethiopians from their borders in 2013. Notice Tim was remarkably silent on that.
Looking back at my old posts, I'm not even bothered so much by the content, but the fact there would be a thread entitled something like "Do Kevin's Delts Have Esiclene in Them in This Photo?" and I would come on and post something like "Are you guys aware of the statistics that Black males in the 18-34 age range commit the highest level of rape in per-capita terms?"
My posts were factually correct, but inappropriate in terms of their timing. Someone on here actually said that.
It took a while for me to realize that - something I was doing on Facebook as well, on the pages of some of my friends. I will not be doing it again.
I wanted Trump to win because I'm tired of walking on eggshells to make obvious points about politically incorrect topics. That being said, there is still a time and a place to say those things, and I intend to post responsibly now that I am returning to Getbig.
