5'11" 245. Measurements as of today. waist 35, chest 51, arms 19.5, quads 29, calves 18. If I had any dietary discipline whatsoever i could shave 2" off my waist in a week

5'2" is short so 140lbs is alot of weight for someone 5'2". You can be 5'8" 140 and still be pretty muscular and strong as I'ved pointed out in another thread.

5'2" and 140 with about 4% bodyfat you could compete on the state level.
